Our Services

Center Line Precision Technology is a leading-edge contract manufacturer of products for orthopedic delivery systems and other medical devices. We also support the aerospace industry. Our production capabilities range from one prototype piece to several hundred parts.

  • 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines
  • CNC Lathe turning
  • EDMing
  • Cryo de-flasher
  • Tumbling
  • Polishing
  • Laser Engraving
  • Silk Screening
  • Anodizing
  • Metal Printing
  • Our engineers, machinists and mold makers begin each project by focusing first on our customers and their equipment. We strive to gain a clear understanding of expected results. Then we work with each customer to determine the most efficient path to achieve the highest quality product—before we begin the design and manufacturing process.

  • Our capabilities include precision machining of medical screw and implant caddies. After machining each part to customer-provided data, our finishing department employs cryogenic deflashing or tumbling to remove burrs and sharp edges. Then, each part is washed and hand-checked before it is packaged and shipped.

  • Success in production machining begins with a plan that includes training, qualification, inspection and follow-up. We integrate this plan with state-of-the-art high-speed machining and turning centers.

  • We design and manufacture a wide variety of complex and injection molded plastic parts— from single-cavity quick-turn prototypes and insert molds to multicavity unscrewing and hot runner molds.

  • We stay on the leading edge of technology, providing the latest manufacturing equipment to produce machined parts, molds and tooling of exceptional quality. Here’s a list of the current equipment, tools and technology at our facility:

Leadership

Owner Scott Bringle built Center Line Precision Technology on the values of service and continuous improvement. That’s one reason we’re known in the industry for helping customers overcome challenges. We achieve results by providing cutting-edge technology, high-quality products and on-time delivery.

Scott Bringle got his start in the manufacturing industry nearly 40 years ago. Fresh from his service in the U.S. Army, he worked as an apprentice in the mold trade. His enthusiasm, work ethic and knack for machine manufacturing landed him a series of jobs in different shops. This variety of experiences helped accelerate Scott’s depth of knowledge in mold and part building.

In 1989, Scott launched his first business with a manual mill in his garage. Soon that business grew into a national mold manufacturing company. In recent years, Center Line’s focus has shifted from molds to medical devices, aerospace, production machining and plastic injection molds. The company continues to build its reputation as a leader in precision machined products.

Scott’s passion for manufacturing and his relentless focus on the bottom line—both his and his customers’—have helped him earn the trust of Center Line’s customers. As the company sales director, Scott takes a hands-on approach to customer service. He listens, developing a clear understanding of customers’ needs, then works with the Center Line team to develop innovative ways to meet them.
